You can only pay for your order online, on the website. After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery by email. As well as notifications so that you can see every change in the status of your order.
We collect the order within 2-3 business days. And we bring them to you by the transport company SDEK (delivery is calculated individually, depending on the region).
*Attention: on holidays, as well as on drop days, the order assembly period may increase.
Working hours during the New Year holidays:
28.12 – the last day for sending your orders
29.12 – 4.01 – weekends
4.01 – 06.01 – sending orders made after 28.12
From 8.12, assembly and delivery work as usual.
When placing an order, you can choose delivery to the pick-up point or by courier. Payment is made at the time of purchase of items.
In accordance with the legislative act “On the protection of consumer rights”, we undertake to exchange or return the goods at the request of the buyer within fourteen days after receiving the order. To return or exchange the goods, you must write to the manager in the WhatsApp messenger about the problem that has arisen.
We send us the goods back, paying for delivery to ‘SDEK’ to the pick-up point. (if the color or size does not fit, delivery is carried out at the expense of the buyer. In case of a defect, our store pays for delivery) We receive and check it. Within 2 working days we will refund your money or send you another item. (Funds will be returned to the card used for payment. The refund period depends on your bank) Requirements for returned items:
- The appearance and consumer qualities are preserved;
- There are documents confirming the purchase;
- There are factory labels;
- The item has not been used.
